B2B Refund & Return Policy
Because we operate exclusively in the wholesale supply of food and confectionery commodities, our return policy strictly governs commercial B2B transactions.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to food safety regulations and the complexities of international export, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or unsold retail inventory. All wholesale orders are considered final once the vessel has departed the port of loading.
2. Damaged or Defective Goods
In the highly unlikely event that products arrive significantly damaged due to improper loading by our warehouse, claims must be filed within 48 hours of container arrival at the destination port. Claims must include photographic evidence of the unbroken container seal, the unloading process, and the damaged pallets.
3. Quality Disputes
For bulk sugar, quality is established by SGS or equivalent inspection at the port of loading. The inspection certificate issued at origin is considered final. Any subsequent quality disputes will not be considered valid for a refund.
